Streamland Pohutukawa honey is produced from the Pohutukawa tree, also known as New Zealand's Christmas tree. Its dazzling display of red flowers signalling summer every December along the coast of the North Island. Bees are drawn to the nectar in the base of the bright crimson flowers. The honey produced is beautiful, a white smoothy variety.
